Hell Bound chapter 8
Judas sat down by the corner of the room watching Lazarus as he stared out through the window. The gruesome events of his and Lucifer’s play time replaying in his head. He then placed his hands on his face, even though he had long since wiped the blood of it he could still feel the warm fresh blooded splattered all over his face.
With his gaze still fixed on Lazarus, Judas’s mind began to wonder the exact same thing that had been puzzling him ever since he met Lazarus and that was, who exactly was he. He tried to suppress his curiosity and avoid getting close to him in anyway but after witnessing for himself how Lazarus brutalized and basically torn apart from the inside out, Judas could no longer fight the intrigue he felt towards Lazarus and how he could take some much while laugh and still be so pure and innocent.
“Lazarus”, Judas called out.
“Yes”, Lazarus in chirpy happy voice as he turned to Judas with a smile on his face.
“How exactly do you feel after ‘playing’ with the Supreme Devil”, asked Judas.
“You mean the Mr. Lucifer?” asked Lazarus.
“Yes”, said Judas.
Lazarus paused for a moment while scratching the side of his head, “I feel fine, why do you ask?”
“It’s nothing”, said Judas.
“Okay”, replied Lazarus with a naïve look on his.
Judas then took a deep breath before asking, “Have you ever sharp move through your body before”.
“Sure, there was when me and Mr. Lucifer was playing that he drove…”, Lazarus was cut of midsentence by Judas saying “Not that kind of sharp”.
“Okay, then what kind of sharp are you taking about”, said Lazarus with a naïve and confused look on his face.
Judas then took a deep breath, wonder how he was going to explain it to Lazarus.
“It doesn’t necessarily have to be sharp. It sensation that comes in many forms, sometimes it feels hot, sometimes like a blow in your gut”, said Judas.
“I don’t think I get it”, said Lazarus while scratching his head.
Judas then took a deep before saying, “Just forget it”.
“Okay”, said Lazarus with the naïve look on his face.
Judas then let out a deep sigh, choosing to let the matter rest for the time being, seeing little to no point in trying to explain the concept of pain to someone incapable of feel it. And so just sat down by the corner, his filled with thoughts about Lazarus just how peculiar he was.
A naïve and pure soul incapable comprehending then agonizing and unbearable sensation that was pain, the on universal constant in the lives of very damned soul born in Haidas. Judas gaze then landed on Lazarus once more, watching as he stared of in to the distance, looking through the open window at the damned world he along with every single unfortunate soul born on Haidas, with a pure and innocent smile on his face, looking out with blissful eyes and a vision distorted by naivety and innocence. Judas looked at him with envy in his eyes, wishing he see and feel the way, to defy his fate as a demon spawn and know the through warmth of happiness, to be able smile and laugh, and not damn every single moment of his existence. Looking at him staring off with those naïve eyes, he wished he had what he did and knew no pain.
The monstrous roar of thunder along with the blinding flash of scarlet lightning drummed and danced through the hellish skies of Haidas, covered with thick dark red clouds. They then began to fall, little by little, first with a light drizzle, one drop after another, then they began flood down. Red and thick as blood, stinging as though it was cold flame, burning as fell down from the scarlet skies above. The blood rain, instead of drops of water, Haidas instead rained red blood that burned on making contact with your body. The rain served as another twisted means to bring pain and misery to the abominable damned souls born in Haidas. Making them feel the agony of burnt alive with ever succumbing to death, making them feel as though their skin along with the flesh underneath was burning with actually burning. The rain lasted for without pause or stop, making most of the demons who bare the seemingly endless torment and suffering go mad with most of them seeking to end their lives to free themselves from their suffering.
Lucifer, standing in front his window listening to melodious screams of torment and agony brought forth by the rains, a smile slowly etching across his face, thinking the weather was truly perfect, setting the perfect mood. They say rain is the sign of change, transformation, and rebirth, and to Lucifer the beautiful storm before, the beat of thunder, crackling of lightning, roar of the rain drops as poured down from scarlet skies above was a sigh but sought to hear different melody, not a beat, not crackling, or a roar, not even agonizing screams of the demons below. No, he wanted to hear a soft soulful melody and seeing it rain salty clear water instead of blood. Lucifer looked out through the window, seeing small droplets of blood raining down from above, and the bloody sign of change and rebirth, and he knew it wouldn’t be too long now before he would finally be able to hear his melody.
