Hell Bound Chapter 11

Lucifer shifted his to Temptation, seeing the yarning and pain in her eyes for little Lazarus, before smiling with a wicked grin, his little game wasn’t over yet. Looking at that little bastard of his, seeing the look of dread, horror, and despair in his eyes before returning his back to Temptation, seeing the pain in her eyes as looked at her son, wanting to nothing more than to rush straight to him and console and help soothe his pain. The Supreme Devil, with a wicked grin plastered on his face, spoke with a voice filled with glee, “Temptation, take him back to his room. I’m done with him”. Temptation upon hearing what her master said, simply bowed her head, internal grateful and happy that it was over and she could finally take her little one away and console him. She then went to him, looking at him and seeing that his body was completely healed but his eyes, though eyes that once shone and glowed with joy now looked deemed, flicker that looked as though it was soon be snuffed ou

Boy trapped in a cage

I know a boy who lives in a cage,
A boy that remains trapped,
Even though he has the key and could free himself if he wanted,
He stays in his self-made prison,
Not out of fear but out of pain,Pain brought to him from the world outside,

I know of a boy,
Who despite feeling pain from being alone,
Chooses to stays alone in a cage he made himself,
He sees how the other children laugh and play,
From the small cage he lives in,
And wishes to join them,
But doesn’t,
Not because he can’t leave the cage as he already has the key,
But because of pain,
And even though the pain from being alone is great,
The pain from being with others was greater,

The boy I know who stays in his cage,
And never dares to leave,
Even though he is in tremendous pain,
He stays in and watches,
With tear filled eyes,
As the children played just outside his cage,
Wishing to join them but can’t,
As the pain is too much for him to bear,

So this boy stays alone in his cage,
Never daring to come out,
Even though he wishes to,
And he has the key to free himself,
He stays in his prison,
Where he feels safe despite being in so much pain,

The boy fears he will die alone in his cage,
But yet doesn’t try to leave,Loneliness is the pain he is use to,
But the pain from being with others,
Is a pain that is foreign to him,
And so he fears it more,
Choosing to rather being alone,
Than to feel the pain of being with others,

I can’t help but wonder though,
If the boy will ever free himself,
Using the key he holds in hands and unlock the cage,
Or maybe he will stay a prisoner,Trapped in a cage he put himself in,
Stuck in a self-made prison,
And refuse to ever leave.
